Subscribers receive ongoing access to digital social media content assets, templates, and related materials delivered through the platform on a recurring basis.

This subscription does not include one-off consulting, custom agency services, or performance-based guarantees. All delivery is digital.

2. No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific marketing results, including but not limited to increased followers, engagement, leads, or revenue.

Marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. We do not store card details.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
• Prices are clearly displayed before purchase
• You authorize recurring charges according to your selected subscription.

4. Cancellation Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• Subscribers have 14 days from first purchase to request a full refund
• Contact info@thesocialmomentum.com to request refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• No questions asked

After 14 Days:

• Subscriptions renew monthly
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the provided digital content responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Use delivered content legally and responsibly

6. Intellectual Property

All digital content assets provided through the subscription may be used by the subscriber for their business during an active subscription period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Live Let Live shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the subscription.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
